We have Application Chef / New Product Development Chef / R&D Chef opportunity in our new Food Processing Unit (Shrimp) in Yerravaram, Rajahmundry.

We are looking for Qualified Chef with experience range between 3yrs to 9yrs.

Below mentioned Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Recipe Development for new product as per the customer requirement and criteria.

Product testing for the evaluation of product , recipes in terms of flavor profile , functionality, shelf life study, cost efficiency, sensory evaluation.

Culinary trend analysis for current food trends, consumer preferences , food trend curves for the creation of innovative products.

Working closely with cross functional verticals such as R&D, sales for smooth product development and successful commercialization of the product.

Maintaining documentation for recipes, ingredients and process to ensure the accuracy in projects .

Providing customer support in terms of technical expertise, technical training , keep customer update with market trends, assisting with menu development & new innovative products.

Maintaining food safety standards ,regularity compliances while the development of product.

Modifying existing recipes to improve their quality, optimize costs, enhance nutritional value, or meet specific dietary requirements.

Having technical and working knowledge for QSR & food Manufacturing market
