Roles Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities :
1. Master Data Updation Banking / Vendor / Channel code creation
- Inwarding of Vendor Documents as per Process
- Checking of Channel Documents as per Checklist KYC , SLA Agreement , Scope of Work , Quotes , Approvals , Banking , References , RCU , PD , FI etc
- Handling queries related to empanelment
- Vendor Code Creation Updation in System including Bank A/C, GSTN etc
- Co-ordination with IT team for System Development Controls
- Creating repository of Vendor data for future record and compliance requirement
- Master updation in core systems
2. Vendor Bill Processing
- Inwarding Monthly Bills / Invoice Received from Vendor
- Checking Processing Bills as per SLA Scope / TAT Commercials
- Handling Vendor Query Resolution
- Review of Vendor SLA on periodic basis
- Handling Pay Out Queries from Business Team / Channel Partners
- Channel Blocking / Unblocking based on Approvals
3. Consumer bureau reporting
- Responsible for timely reporting of consumer bureau to all 4 bureaus in a timely manner
- Maintaining accuracy in data submission and necessary rectifications thereby achieving 100% data acceptance from all bureaus
- Automate report generation, submission and tracking of
- Publishing timely reports / MIS for senior management
- Interactions with bureaus for resolution of customer queries
4. Value added services Reconciliation
- Manage end to end reconciliation of insurance remittances, forex partners, advisory services and other value add services etc
- Track remittances to insurance partners and other service providers for issuance of policies, reports etc
- Liaise with service providers to resolve pending issuances, refunds, customer queries
- Provide necessary dashboards / reports / updates to senior management towards timely issuance of services
- Devise and maintain metrics for the function
- Automate the function in close liaison with partner IT Dept
5. PDD compliances
- Generate and disseminate PDD pending reports to all stakeholders
- Provide necessary dashboards / reports / updates to senior management towards PDD trends and linkages to various internal benchmarks
- Keep track of PDD trends and work with stakeholders for timely updation, reduction
- Automate PDD tracking
6. File and docket tracking
- Track timely movement of disbursed files and dockets from branches to storage unit
- Track timely movement of retrieved files back from branches to storage unit
- Publish relevant dashboards / MIS to stakeholders senior management
- Liaise with branches and storage unit to reconcile the files at regular intervals
- Ensure audits are conducted by branch units and reports / actionables thereof

- Good Knowledge on Bureau reporting
- Knowledge on Loan Origination, Loan Management CRM System
- Knowledge / Experience in handling Mortgage / Education Loan / Corporate Loans
- Good control on Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
