Role : Business Development

Job Title : Executive / Sr. Executive

Department : Food - BD

Locations : Noida , Ahmedabad , Bangalore

Reports To : Manager / Sr. Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients in the food and beverage industry for testing services.

Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and discussions to promote testing services.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Regularly update clients about new services, offers, and industry updates.

Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings and market reach.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Manager/Sr. Manager.

Ensure all client information and activities are documented in the CRM system.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including technical and operations, to ensure timely service delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

3-6 years of experience with Third party Food Testing Lab.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong understanding of food testing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

CTC : 6 LPA

Variable Pay (inclusive in total CTC) : 10% on Fixed CTC
