IT Asset Management - Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Track, manage, and maintain all IT, network, and software assets, ensuring proper inventory and lifecycle management.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when necessary.
• Create and maintain asset tracking sheets, knowledge in Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and macros for efficient management and reporting.
• Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements
• Work closely with IT and Operations teams to ensure timely asset provisioning
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for asset procurement and support for replacement of non working assets.

Experience required

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT asset management

Skills required

• Harware & networking
• Software asset tracking.
• Software licensing and Proficiency in MS Excel.
