We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Functional Lead to join our product division and play a key role in the success of Velocious. Key Responsibilities:

As the Product Functional Lead, you will:

• Lead the Functional Vision: Own the functional aspects of the Velocious Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration product, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs. Drive product enhancements, new features, and integrations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Ensure that the product features meet market demands while maintaining alignment with SAP integration requirements.
• Ensure Seamless SAP Integration: Lead efforts to integrate Velocious with SAP and other ERP systems, focusing on smooth data exchange, process alignment, and system compatibility. Oversee the design and execution of integration points, ensuring that the product works seamlessly with SAP modules such as SAP MM, RFQ, Purchase Order Processing, and Invoice Verification.
• Functional Design Ownership: Be the key functional expert in defining and designing the product's core features such as RFx, Reverse Auction, Catalog Management, PO Visibility, Spend Analysis, and related functionalities. Ensure these features are designed to meet the needs of end-users while ensuring ease of use and scalability.
• Lead Solutioning Calls: Take the lead on solutioning calls with customers, understanding their requirements, and showcasing how our S2P solution integrates seamlessly with SAP to drive procurement efficiencies. You will be involved in requirements gathering, solution design
• Lead Product Improvements: Take a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement, both in terms of functionality and user experience. Work with the product development team to implement changes and continuously enhance the product.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ Years of Experience: At least 7 years experience in sourcing, supplier collaboration, and SAP integration. This could include roles in product management, business analysis, or functional consulting with a strong focus on procurement solutions.
• In-depth Knowledge of Key Procurement Processes: Strong understanding of core procurement processes such as RFx, Reverse Auction, Spend Analysis, Catalog Management, Purchase Order Visibility, and related S2P (Source-to-Pay) functionalities.
• SAP Integration Expertise: Solid experience with SAP integrations specifically within SAP MM (Materials Management) and related procurement processes. Knowledge of how SAP integrates with third-party solutions and how to manage cross-system data flow is crucial.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be able to articulate product vision, explain functional requirements, and collaborate on product strategy.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into simple, functional product designs.
• Customer-Focused & Results-Oriented: Ability to gather customer feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure that product features meet their needs while ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
