Position: Lead Social Media & Digital, Chairman Communications

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to shape the digital presence of the Chairman's profile. This unique role will involve developing and executing social media strategies that align with our corporate goals and brand narrative while also crafting a compelling story around our founding family's legacy and ongoing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for the conglomerate and leadership.
2. Manage all corporate social media accounts of the Chairman, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
3. Create engaging content for various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
4. Monitor social media trends and metrics to adjust strategies and manage online reputation.
5. Write blogs, op-ed articles, and content for the founders website.
6. Plan and execute Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to enhance the Chairman’s presence.
7. Identify speaking opportunities, participate in events, and write speeches, etc.
8. Develop a robust response management strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
4. Proven track record of creating, managing, and growing social media engagement and followers across platforms.
5. Experience in personal branding and executive communication.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
