Job Objective: To assure the process of Module manufacturing and management that the Plant Quality Management System is in place and is capable of meeting Avaada Plants Quality Requirements Consistently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: People, Operational, Customer Job Responsibility:

1.Perform the Module manufacturing process as per the following Avaada QA Policies and Procedures:

1. Responsibility: - overall responsibility for Line Process and floor Quality, PFMEA, DOE, SAP, Customer visit, Pre Sales & Post Sales documentation, and reports. Facilitate the Technical training for plant manpower.
2. Contribute to drive development of continuous improvement approach, sustainable implementation of improvements of RPDM (Recognition-Primed Decision-Making) concept.
3. Contribute to drive organisational performance resulting in stable production processes and sustainable product Quality.
4. Review of Module manufacturing processes direction in alignment of business requirements for current & future needs.
5. Assure that Quality system and functions are implemented and in conformance to Companys Quality system.
6. Assure management system effectiveness.
7. Assure Safety systems compliance with legislation for Environment and Health.
8. Assure that Manufacturing process and functions are implemented and in conformance to Companys Quality system.

2. Operational Process: -

a. Equipment Resourcing:

1. Support in discussion with Technology, Team members for planning, sourcing & procurement equipment as per Process requirements.

b. Day’s Planning:

1. Review the meeting points.
2. Review day in life meeting points.

c. Module Manufacturing process management System:

1. Contribute to customer satisfaction by safeguarding customer requirements and verifying product quality, certification & testing, and proper documentations.
2. Contribute to create a “Do it right the first time – every time” attitude throughout the organization.
3. Assure strict compliance to Environment & Safety audits, Product audits, and ISO audits.

3. Manufacturing process daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting

1. Contribute to make timely and accurate decisions regarding customer product complaints, as well as internal and external non-conformities.
2. Contribute to identify company Critical competence for Module manufacturing process, Quality and Safety.
3. Drive establishment and follow-up of sound manufacturing process and Safety KPIs.
4. Establish & implement system for process & product changes.
5. Prepare and Release consolidated weekly manufacturing process report.

Qualification & Certification Required:

• B-Tech/Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics.
• Awareness of IMS , ISO 9001-2015 standard, Green/Black belt certification.
• Subject specific technical knowledge.
• Experience:>15 years.

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

• Knowledge & ability of Manpower Management, Problem solving, Leadership, Good Communication & Technical skill.
• Knowledge of BIS & IEC & National &International Testing Standards.
• Sound Knowledge of Module Manufacturing process.
• Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient – Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP etc.
• knowledge of raw material used & their measuring methods.
• knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sampling plan & its use.
