Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop visually appealing and informative presentations, utilizing your expertise in building professional slides with heavy content.
2. Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all presentations and marketing materials.
3. Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their content requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
4. Create new and innovative designs that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
5. Develop and maintain a library of presentation templates for different purposes and audiences.
6. Demonstrate a deep understanding of PowerPoint and utilize its features and functionalities to enhance the visual impact of presentations.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern visual style.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to improve the visual quality of presentations.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3-6 years of experience working in a similar role as a Visual Graphics Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing professional slides with heavy content.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software, with exceptional knowledge of PowerPoint features and functionalities.
4. Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging designs while maintaining consistency with branding guidelines.
5. Familiarity with think-cell or other PowerPoint add-ins to enhance the design process and efficiency.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
