Field Sales Executive

Role Description

- Visit customers in the field within assigned territory of 10-15 km radius on daily basis

- Call existing and prospective customers viz. multi-brand car workshops and fleets to generate requirements

- Create awareness about genuine parts in OEM and high-quality OES brands that Autoverse offers. Convey ongoing sales promotions and new launches.

- Candidate should possess or acquire knowledge of car spare parts to perform effectively in his role.

- Generate new and repeat sales and maximize wallet share. Build strong customer relations

- Follows up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.

- Handle customer objections and bring them to a satisfactory resolution

- Ensure timely payment collection. Explain to customer if any gaps in invoice and payment amounts.

- Works consistently to achieve monthly targets and new ways to improve sales.

- Submit the reports and data as required by the company

- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams.

- Maintains professional appearance.

- Perform other tasks that are assigned at Store and in the field.

- Open for relocation within the city depending on the region assigned.

Must have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales in any sector.

- Own 2-wheeler vehicle and valid license and own a Smartphone

- Candidate must be comfortable to work and be in the field all day.

- Languages known read, write and speak Kannada, read and write English

Plus points

- Geographical understanding of the city.

- Understanding of automobile parts and their functionality.

Key Skills:

- Selling Skills: negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.

- Savy in using apps and other online systems commonly used in the industry
