Job Profile:

*Provide technical support for all Extreme of Automation Products

*Having Hands on Experience for PLC with different communication protocols, Vision Sensor/

Safety Products

*Resolve customer problems. Work with engineering teams to report defects and improve

hardware and software quality of product

*Effectively works with Services teams as well as cross-functional teams to resolve major

customer issues on site

*Provides systems/product training both internally and externally

*Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork

*Become a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of technology

*Willingness to travel up to PAN India

*Have problem solving skill and ability to work in pressure

*Readiness for travelling on client site whenever required

*Take calls and remotes of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

*Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

*Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

*Closure sof all issues related to products

*Prepare accurate and timely weekly reports/ Monthly Reports/ Quarterly Report
