Cilio Automation Factory - Product Manager (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Ownership:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an enterprise customer, from ideation to solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with the customer to define their specific needs and requirements.

- Prioritize features and functionalities based on the customer's business objectives and priorities.

- Work with the customer to develop a customized implementation plan.

Delivery Management:

- Oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

- Manage the implementation schedule and track progress against milestones.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate development and testing efforts.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs.

- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into the product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Track key metrics, such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and time to value.

- Use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven 8+ yrs experience as a Product Manager for the US Market, with a strong focus on product delivery and implementation.

- Willing to work in US daytime from India.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Having valid US-B1 visa would be an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their unique needs.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e. , JIRA, Trello, Asana).

- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e. , Google Analytics, Tableau)
