Jr. Business Analysts

Key Responsibilities -  Business Analysts (2 - 3 Years Exp.):

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and product teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Prepare and manage RFPs/RFIs .
• Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and system architecture overviews.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure industry best practices.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
