Job Description
AutomationEdge is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and apply recruitment strategies, assist in managing candidate pipelines, and support hiring across various departments. If you re passionate about HR, eager to learn, and want hands-on experience in talent acquisition, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Manage candidate databases and track applications.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with hiring managers.
- Support recruitment initiatives for various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate interactions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent outreach programs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in HR and recruitment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company.
- Work closely with an experienced HR team.
