Job Description

Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid: 2-3 days work from office) Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solution Consultant with a deep understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our sales team to identify and address customer needs by crafting tailored presentations, use cases and case studies that leverage our product/service offerings. You will play a critical role in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients in the BFSI sector from presales perspective.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of client business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive, customized presentations, use cases and case studies that align with client requirements and showcase the value of our products/services.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the unique advantages of our solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: (Good to have) Offer technical insights and guidance to clients, especially regarding the integration of our solutions with their existing systems.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the BFSI domain.
  • Sales Support: Actively participate in sales meetings, provide technical support, and address client questions or concerns throughout the sales cycle.
  • Managing compliance sale documentation: Manage different submissions like handling analyst RFIs, addressing sales enquiries along with overseeing compliance checklists and coordinating with sales teams.
Q ualifications:
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience working within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of BFSI processes, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific challenges. HR IT domain knowledge will be good to have.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including exceptional presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative, effective solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: (Good to have) Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software applications, and technology
    trends relevant to the BFSI sector.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or technology) preferred. BFSI knowledge with technical background will get additional preference.
