Automation Tester (4-6 yrs)

This role will involve designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.

- Identify and troubleshoot system defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure software quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

- Perform regression testing to verify the integrity of existing functionality.

- Participate in continuous integration processes to ensure automated testing is integrated into the development pipeline.

Candidate Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience as an Automation Tester.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.

- Expertise in at least one automation framework (Selenium, Sahi Pro, etc.

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g, JMeter).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, Python, JavaScript).

- Experience with test case management tools.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
