Skill set: Automation Testing with Ruby

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Kochi

Notice: Immediate to 30 Days.

Job Description:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with Ruby.
• Proficient in manual testing methodologies and practices, with a preference for Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong domain knowledge in Insurance and familiarity with its workflows and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Qtest or similar test management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Ruby with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Perform manual testing as required, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Ensure thorough testing of applications in the Insurance domain, leveraging industry-specific knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, following established testing processes.
• Effectively track and manage testing tasks using tools like JIRA and Qtest for test case management and defect tracking. Create comprehensive test plans, cases, and documentation to ensure software quality.
