Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Expert ins all phased of SDLC process. Expert in testing concepts, tools, and methodology.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Experienced in organizing and driving calls with all stake holders.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end test activities including test strategies, test planning, estimation, execution and tracking
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge in insurance workflow processes preferred.
- Experience working with agile methodologies preferred.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA & Zephyr) preferred
- Exposure to Automation testing and market trends
- knowledge on scripting language ( Java, VB etc. )
- Expertise selenium automation
