Learning Counsellor

Job Description:

Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce freshers to project goals, expectations, and organizational culture.
Act as a bridge between freshers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), offering support during their initial project phase.
Collaborate with Tower Leads, mentors, or trainers to understand the skills needed for various projects.
Identify individual learning needs through surveys, assessments, and discussions.
Facilitate training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
Track and review learner progress to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain records of learning plans, progress, and feedback.
Generate reports for management to highlight outcomes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Additional certifications in training or counseling are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and ability to connect with freshers starting their careers.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Enthusiastic about fostering a culture of learning and growth.
