QA Engineer

➢ 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing.

➢ Good understanding on testing methodologies.

➢ Strong experience on writing test cases, test plans and reporting defects.

➢ Good written and oral communication skills.

➢ Good understanding on Agile development.

➢ Experience in testing payroll applications.

➢ Experience in Payroll domain is an added advantage.

➢ Experience in writing automation scripts with Selenium & cucumber framework is an added

advantage.

➢ Experience on working with Git and agile methodology.

➢ Strong analytical/functional background and experience with support and operations activities.

➢ Strong debugging skills, analytical and problem solving skills.

➢ Experience in Splunk, Cognos and Siebel or any Client interfacing system is desirable

➢ Must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Strong time management skills for

managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities are required.

➢ Demonstrated ability to actively contributing on multiple projects of varying complexities and

scope.

➢ Demonstrated ability to work independently with general direction or as part of a team.

➢ Demonstrated ability to work on project activities with tight timelines.

➢ Work with distributed teams in development, Service and Product owners

➢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

➢ High energy self-starter; must be flexible and able to take the initiative with minimal guidance

and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.

➢ Willing to work in shifts.
