Installation and configuration of Windows 10, Windows Server, MS SQL, Visual Studio, Visual Code, Android studio and other software.
Configure AD accounts, M365 email, Teams, Outlook, SFTP, Git repository, Desktop, Laptop, virtual servers, network share and printers.
Administration and maintenance of Network devices (Router, Modem, Firewall).
Assemble and troubleshooting of hardware (PC, Laptop, printer) and application issues.
Perform backup and restore, follow rollback procedures to avoid data loss and service outages.
Troubleshoot system and application issues with internal and customers team and ensure optimal operating of systems and services. (User systems and online systems including cloud services)
Follow internal policies and procedure and ensure timely delivery of tasks and services for internal users and customers.
Work from office and provide level 1 2 support to internal users and customers.
Maintain and manage inventory of IT Assets (Hardware Software) ensure adequate supply is reserved
Regular maintenance, housekeeping and preventive health check of Desktop/Laptop, printers.
Recommend latest tools and technology to support aligning to overall goal of the organization.

Basic knowledge in VMWare, Active Directory, Backups and Network Monitoring.

Experience in working with Windows Server 2012, IIS, AWS Servers and Linux Servers are an advantage
Required Qualification
Graduate in computer science or equivalent is desired and post-graduation is welcome.
