As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Autofocuss Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, optimizing marketing ROI, and achieving specific performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads,Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, including bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
