Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, fabricated parts, and finished products using tools like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, and drawing reading skills.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspection results, including documentation of defects or non-conformities.
  
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO documentation requirements by reviewing and updating documents regularly.
  
• Perform inward inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Quality Control role, preferably from OEM industry (Auto ancillary).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical field.
  
• Proficiency in Fabrication Drawing reading & interpretation; knowledge of ISO Documentation procedures.

• Experience in relevant industry is mandatory
