Job Title: Supply Chain Management Head
Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

Job Summary: As the Supply Chain Management Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our supply chain processes, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain department, aligning them with the company's business goals and objectives.

2. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels efficiently to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.

4. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized.

5. Procurement: Lead procurement efforts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing best practices in procurement processes.

6. Logistics and Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in the most cost-effective manner.

7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the supply chain to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

9. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

10. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase agility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Mechanical Industry- Especially from Farm Machinery- Trenchers- Mandatory
• Proven experience in supply chain management in the Tractors Manufacturing or Farm machinery manufacturing Industry, with 8-10 years of progressively responsible roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with suppliers and oversee operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
