Job Description
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks- daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Co-ordinating with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Provide assistance and guidance to engineer teams.

- Handling escalated issues from customers.
- Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
- Clearly communicate escalated issues to the team as needed
- Manage and report on all incoming technical support inquiries
- Assign task to team members based upon current work, expected delivery date and resource availability
- Determine root cause of tech issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers
