Position: Team Lead - Marketing
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Operations
- Establish and optimize marketing processes, including selecting and managing technology stacks.
- Define and execute campaign calendars, set annual marketing goals, and track ROI.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with buyer personas and their journey.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create high-quality marketing content for websites, sales channels, events, social media, journals, and publications.
Lead Generation & Channel Management
- Website Management: Conduct continuous diagnostics and implement improvement strategies.
- Webinars: Plan, execute, and manage post-event lead engagement.
- Events & Conferences: Oversee marketing activities around key industry events.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute lead generation strategies via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Email Marketing: Drive targeted email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Market Listings & Cold Outreach: Optimize marketplace listings and oversee outbound marketing efforts.
Branding & Thought Leadership
- Lead branding initiatives, including thought leadership and media partnerships.
- Collaborate with the communications team to manage PR, media relations, and content dissemination.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing with team management responsibilities.
- MBA (preferred from Tier 1 institutions).
- Experience in the pharma/medical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot) and website analytics tools is an advantage.
