Assistant Manager – Cell & Gene Therapy (DPEx)

• Desired Profile Bachelors / Masters (Electronic and Instrumentation / Computer Science / IT / Chemistry) with 8 - 10 years of experience

Job Description, Key Skills and Competencies:

• Electronic Lab Notebook Application Project management Prepare and track project plan;
• Perform key project management activities like planning, work allocation, and tracking, end-to-end delivery, day-to-day interaction with onsite, status reporting, performance reporting, quality assurance activities, and so on
• Maintain documentation (eg, defect prevention checklist, metrics, etc); Collate status reports and present the same to the customer; Provide guidance to the team from a product perspective and suggest solutions
• Participate and provide inputs in design and architecture reviews; Identify issues & drive them to closure
• Strategize project scoping and specifications documents, to clearly communicate the project roadmap
• Coordinate with other teams within the life science group and make sure requirements are captured as per need and based on the same, plan the budget and resources for each build order
