- Enterprise Business Strategy: Develops and executes the enterprise business strategy, aligning with the company's overall unified communication goals.
- P&L Ownership: Responsible for the profitability and loss (P&L) of the enterprise business unit, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement.
- Sales Leadership Strategy: Leading the execution of sales strategy in coordination with CSO/ NSH/RHs providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management-: Builds and maintains strong relationships with key enterprise customers, identifying new business opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conducts market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Product and Solution Development: Collaborates with product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new enterprise-focused products and solutions.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develops and manages partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and other stakeholders to enhance enterprise sales and revenue.
- Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Develops and executes revenue growth strategies, including pricing, packaging, and promotions, to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Cost Management and Optimization: Manages and optimizes costs associated with the enterprise business unit, including sales, marketing, and operational expenses.
