- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team.
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, including management, customers, and subject matter experts, to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Map existing business processes and workflows using process modeling tools, identifying inefficiencies and areas for automation or improvement.
- Propose new processes, workflows, or systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed process changes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to capture business requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that business requirements are translated into system functionalities and implemented correctly.
- Support the testing and validation of new solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
- Assist in the change management process by providing training and documentation to users on new systems and processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to support the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and changes to project scope.
- Produce and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and any issues that may arise.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a related field.
