Field Sales Representative (Heat Pumps and Pumps)

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for selling heat pumps (centralised hot water system) , water softeners, and pump systems to residential and commercial customers. This role involves prospecting new clients, conducting on-site assessments, demonstrating product benefits, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated salesperson with strong technical knowledge and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs for heat pumps, water softeners, and pump systems.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain the benefits of products, focusing on energy efficiency, cost savings, and long-term value.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and businesses.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospects, address concerns, and finalize sales.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the installation team and provide post-sale support.
