Aufait - Project Lead (4-5 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead at Aufait in Kozhikode. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and delivery.

This role involves coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success, meeting deadlines, and budget management.

Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress.

- Identify and address project risks and challenges.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in client-side programming.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies.

Client Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Manage client expectations and address concerns.

Team Management :

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

- Resolve conflicts and address performance issues.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement quality assurance processes and standards.

- Conduct code reviews and testing.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and at least one other client-side programming language (e.,- TypeScript,- React,- Angular,- Vue.js).

- Solid understanding of HTML,- CSS,- and responsive design principles.

- Experience leading and managing project teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
