Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Chennai

Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

Responsible for invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with Indian accounting standards, including GST and TDS regulations. Ensures accurate financial transactions and efficient accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Verify, match, and process vendor invoices.
• Payments: Manage electronic fund transfers (NEFT, RTGS, UPI) and vendor settlements.
• GST & TDS Compliance: Ensure correct GST input tax credit (ITC) and deduct/apply TDS as per regulations.
• Reconciliations: Maintain vendor accounts, process payable aging reports, and reconcile ledgers.
• Reporting & Audits: Assist in financial reporting, statutory audits, and month-end closings.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter / MBA (Finance)
✅ Experience: 2-5 years in Accounts Payable, GST, and TDS
✅ Software: Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
✅ Technical Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) | Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standands.
