Training Content Developer and Facilitator

A. Content Creation and Development

• 3-5 years of experience in Content Creation and Development

• Should have sound knowledge of Instructional Design concepts

• Should have hands-on experience in developing training contents related to Financial Product, Process, Policy and Technical

• Should have hands-on experience in developing training contents for soft skills, behavioural skills

• Should be able to develop training contents using PowerPoint, Word, Audio-Video based tools (Experience or Knowledge in developing story boards, Lesson Plans, Animation based content using various tools is a plus)

• Should have hands-on experience in developing training contents related to Soft Skill/Behavioural and Leadership Training

B. Facilitation

• Should also have experience as Trainer/Facilitator.

• Should be able to conduct Induction/New Hire Orientation, Training programs, Train-TheTrainer (TTT) programs independently and in collaboration with SMEs and Field Trainers

• Should be able to generate reports independently and provide insights

• Support in achieving Targeted Training numbers

• Support in Training-allied activities

C. Networking

• Should be able to consult with internal/external stakeholders, understand training needs, design and develop training contents.

• Should be able to adapt in high pace and dynamic business environment and perform in professional behaviour

D. Education and Experience

• Should have good communication and facilitation skills

• Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate in any degree.

• Preferably from Banking/Fintech industry (Sales knowledge of financial products/services is a plus
