Process Manager

Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance and process adherence within the microfinance portfolio, ensuring alignment with all applicable regulations, including those of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

• Managing audit queries and resolution.
• Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve TAT by reducing redundancies, rework, etc. in Business Process
• Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame
• Achieve buy-in from all stakeholders for the successful application of performance excellence / performance improvement.
• Create team processes for optimizing results.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
• Analyze existing microfinance processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (RBI) on all compliance-related matters.

Skillset

• 5+ years of experience in microfinance compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulations pertaining to microfinance lending.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
