Job Summary:

Regions Covered: APAC; Middle East and Europe.

The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, handling employee salary queries, and ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of financial principles

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial records in payroll compliance with tax and accounting laws.

Review incoming invoices and process payments as per due dates.

Address all employee queries related to salary and TDS deductions.

Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Assist in financial reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting software.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve financial processes.

Basic Skills & Requirements:

Education: Bachelors/PG degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in the finance department, preferably in the IT sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks.

Financial Knowledge:

Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.

Understanding of Various GAAP

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment as required.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
