Atyati Technologies - Area Risk Manager (5-7 yrs)

Position Title: Area Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of 3-5 Risk Executives.

- Covering audit of Microfinance branches and Financial Inclusion points.

- Do planning for field audit.

- Conduct audit closure meeting.

- Ensure compliance against audit observation.

- Ensure completion of audits within timeline in each Quarter.

- Periodical physical visit needs to be conducted.

- Drive special audit wherever required.

- Consolidate observation.

- Prompt reporting of critical issues observed.

- Ensure uniformity and accuracy in maintenance of records.

- Finding rectifiable areas in current internal control system.

- Implement best audit and business practice.

- Properly communicate and discuss all the audit findings with the auditee.

Key Skills Required:

- Should be a graduate / post graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Good inter-personal skill.

- Questioning mind set.

- Team handling capacity.

- Prior work experience in NBFC/ MFI/ other BFSI sector.

- Proactive, independent decision maker, good team player.

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude and adaptability nature.

- Good knowledge Microsoft office.

- Willing to travel extensively.

Location of work: Across Tamilnadu.
