Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating various processes and tasks across departments.
Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvements and cost efficiencies.
Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee inventory control, manage resource allocation, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on operational activities.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and service maintenance, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Customer Support: Address operational issues related to customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of any operational or service-related concerns.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate operational documentation, including reports, contracts, and invoices.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure operational goals are aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar field (Freshers can also apply).
