Scientist - R & D (ADC, Construction & Coating - Polymers)

Education: BTech | MTech Polymer Engineering | Surface coating or PhD - Polymer Chemistry

Experience 2 to 4 years

• Experience in epoxy formulation, know-how of processing powder coating, liquid coating, floor coating, construction chemicals and material characterisation using DSC, UTM, DMA and Fatigue.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement norms for safety culture and 5S in laboratory.
• Execute commissioning activities of new instrument in laboratory
• Perform testing and review results as per established quality standards and deliver in time
• Adhere to PO ADC department policies and SOPs
• Maintain NABL documentation and monitor as per ISO 17025
• Perform laboratory testing for compliance
• Develop new testing methods as per specific requirements | qualification process

Eligibility

• Individuals who have cleared 10th and 12th in first attempt (50% and above)
• MTech | BTech (50% and above), with no academic gap.
