Role & responsibilities

Prepare timely MIS reports including MPR | MBM | AMC for the U&S, Floras and its subsidiaries Prepare monthly financial data for U&S PC | SC | Floras and subsidiaries companies Prepare budget for PC | SC | Floras and submit to Hyperion Review and scrutinise all general ledgers related to assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses Prepare and finalise accounts of subsidiaries companies (Aasthan, ABSL, ARDPL, AUL, Biyaban and Raja Dates Limited) Ensure timely statutory compliance to direct | Indirect taxes Adhere to Co | Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs (as applicable) Keep abreast with latest trends and development Check and review vouchers and bills for payment | reimbursement for Atul and its subsidiaries Monitor accounting entries of all subsidiary companies Prepare JV for renewal purchase obligation, windmill credit, power purchases, open access refund, transmission loss, water purchases etc
