Executive Support & Decision-Making (30%)

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, assisting in executive-level decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support leadership discussions and meetings.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage executive scheduling, prioritizing critical business engagements and strategy sessions.

Operational & Process Optimization (70%)

• Oversee and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
• Collaborate with different teams to improve employer branding, corporate positioning, and digital transformation strategies.
• Implement process improvements to drive business excellence and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track operational success through data-driven insights.

• Experience: 4-8 years in business operations, executive support, or strategic project management.
