Job Description
GROUP FUNCTION AND ROLE PURPOSE
Group Function \u2013 The Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (IACoE) is setup under Data Analytics
and Artificial Intelligent department. It promotes, enables and facilitates intelligent automation (e.g. RPA) at
FAB. It establishes standards to minimize total cost of ownership by selecting the right processes for
automation and building scalable automations utilizing reusable components. The IACoE is also responsible
for overall automation delivered/managed across the Bank.
Role Purpose \u2013 Technical Specialists should have ability to work with a team of developers and testers and
implement automation solutions in production independently. The role is expected to analyse and suggest
technical improvements to developers. He/She should be able to fix the errors within SLA. . He / she should
understand, document, analyse the business process, and participate in preparation of project analysis
document and solution design document for enhancement of any processes.

\u25AA Ability to download code from server to dev machines and fix code run time issues within SLA.
\u25AA Able to sort the issue observed into Functional and Infra category and liaise with respective teams.
\u25AA Should be able to work directly with Development team, infra team and Client SPOC.
\u25AA General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environment.

\u25AA Able to develop enhancements in identified processes.
\u25AA Configuring RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well
structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
\u25AA Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change
control process.
\u25AA Adhere to technology related standards, policies and procedures such as standardization framework,
coding standards.
\u25AA Ensure technology framework is followed as per guidelines for all automation enhancement opportunities
across business units and operations.
\u25AA Prepare complexity assessment for all processes.
\u25AA Prepare project plan for each automation enhancement opportunity.
\u25AA Create / Maintain reusable component for all processes.
\u25AA Prepare Weekly status review for Management review.
\u25AA Prepare technical help card for Business stakeholders.
\u25AA Work closely with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals throughout automation lifecycle
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
\u25AA Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
\u25AA Has UI Path certificate and expertise
Minimum Experience:
\u25AA Minimum 3+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.
\u25AA Hands-on technical automation/RPA development experience along with the latest UiPath technologies,
specifically UiPath Document Understand and UiPath Apps.
\u25AA Good experience in DBMS and experience in writing SQL queries.
\u25AA UiPath RPA Developer Advanced and UiPath Orchestrator Certified.
\u25AA Should have implement at least one UiPath project.
\u25AA Good communication skills.
\u25AA Willingness to work 24/7.

\u25AA Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
\u25AA The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquired mind.
\u25AA Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
\u25AA An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
