Job Description

Collaborate with Stakeholders, business leaders, and domain experts to understand business objectives and identify automation opportunities.
Design and architect end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that leverage AI/ML technologies and RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Automation cloud and desktop and aligns with the organizations goals and requirements.
Lead and run projects related to intelligent automation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the entire automation development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and project plans.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges during the automation implementation, offering effective mitigation strategies including security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and system failures
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and RPA technologies (Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, UIPath) to recommend and implement standard methodologies.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate intelligent automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
Mentor and coach team members, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
Optimize the solution architecture to ensure high performance, scalability, and efficiency. Identify and implement strategies such as caching, load balancing, and database optimization to improve system responsiveness and throughput.
Design and implement security measures to protect the solution against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements that will guide the solution design.
Assess and evaluate different technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the project.
Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.
Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand their requirements and objectives.
Identify existing systems and applications that need to be integrated into the solution.
Design integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless communication and interoperability between systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a shared understanding of the solution architecture.
Documentation of the solution architecture, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications
