EducationPh.D. in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, with substantial academic or industry experience. Skills RequiredAdvanced knowledge of eMobility topics, including EV design, charging systems, and smart mobility technologies.
Excellent teaching and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proficiency in modern educational tools and platforms. Experience12 - 15 of academic experience, including curriculum design, teaching, and programme management.

Role Overview:
The Programme Director - eMobility will be responsible for leading the academic development and delivery of cutting-edge eMobility programmes. With a primary focus on teaching, The director will also play a critical role in developing innovative teaching methodologies, fostering student engagement, and contributing to curriculum design in alignment with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
ï¼ Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of eMobility programmes to reflect advancements in the field and industry demands.
ï¼ Integrate interdisciplinary approaches by collaborating with other departments (e.g., energy science)
ï¼ Develop partnerships with industry and government bodies to incorporate real-world projects and certifications into the curriculum.
ï¼ Incorporate emerging trends and technologies in eMobility into teaching practices, such as:
ï¼ Encourage student and faculty involvement in research projects that address current challenges in eMobility.
ï¼ Publish educational resources, case studies, and academic papers related to eMobility teaching methodologies.
ï¼ Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and classes in eMobility-related topics,
ï¼ Utilize innovative teaching methods, including hands-on labs, project-based learning, case studies, and virtual simulations, to enhance student understanding.
ï¼ Ensure alignment of the curriculum with the universityâs sprint model, emphasizing modular, fast-paced, and outcome-driven learning.
ï¼ Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including supervision of research projects and internships,
ï¼ Evaluate and assess student performance, offering constructive feedback to support learning outcomes
ï¼ Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
ï¼ Organize student-focused activities, such as hackathons, workshops, and guest lectures by industry experts.
ï¼ Guide students in career planning, including placement opportunities in eMobility-related industries.
ï¼ Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of courses.
ï¼ Manage academic resources, such as labs and simulation tools, required for eMobility programmes.
ï¼ Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation processes as required.
