Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager (Packing Department)
Location: Mombasa, Kenya

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Manager to join in one of our production units in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling large volumes in garment manufacturing and packing, with a focus on quality control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing and packing department, managing a workforce of 300-400 employees.
Ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures.
Product knowledge - Kint and Woven (tops & bottoms)
Manage departmental workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Administer department operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
Maintain and optimize ERP systems and leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in reputable Garment Manufacturing & Export Units.
Strong experience in online packing processes and large-scale production environments.
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Strong administrative and managerial skills, with the ability to enforce policies and processes effectively.
Excellent command of English (written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills).
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
