QA Manager

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our production unit in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the apparel industry and a deep understanding of garment manufacturing, quality assurance, and export standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all outputs from various departments meet buyers requirements and quality standards.
Review and evaluate the performance of the QA and QC teams, providing necessary training and guidance.
Conduct trials for sample construction, quality assessments, and sewing aids requirements.
Handle at least four buyers simultaneously, meeting AQL and minimum construction specifications.
Oversee the quality control processes and ensure compliance with international standards.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a reputable garment manufacturing and export unit with no fewer than 1,000 sewing machines.
Strong knowledge of garment stitching, trial samples, construction, and quality standards.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Good exposure in Computer applications & ERP systems
