Role and Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (RCM) to join our dynamic team.
• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers.
• Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
• Conducting requirement gathering workshops & Trainings.
• Understand the requirement and Propose the Best suited solution.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors RCM/RMK.
• Prepare Application specific solution documents (Workbooks, UAT document & user manuals)
• Thorough Knowledge and understanding of Recruiting, recruiting posting, and recruiting marketing.
• Understanding RCM integration with other applications.
• Knowledge of Recruiting dashboard & reporting and Manage issues/ changes with career site builder, ODATA API.
• Good understanding of XML to design templates and work with other features.
• Aware of SF Recruiting Integration center with jobboards, agencies and other marketing platforms.
• Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
• Analysis, documentation, and presentation of new release features to client.
