SDE - Full Stack Engineer

exposure to end to end of product development. Experience is just a number, you can own/lead

your product end to end at any level if you are up to it. You will be working with a strong

technical team who had build great products in the past. We operate in an open culture with full

product goals are met :). We are an early-stage startup with a lean team learning/experience will

be immense but work will be challenging.

We are looking for a software developer who can develop and manage our backend and

frontend microservices. ATOA we also encourage developers to choose programming

languages as a tool to solve a problem rather than as a skill, so you will have an opportunity to

work across different programming languages based on what is best suited for the problem.

What do we look for in an interview?

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and precisely
• Very good problem solving and logical thinking skills
• Github, StackOverflow profile, prior achievements(No of apps published, complex

challenges you have worked on)

What are you passionate about

• Are you ready to work in a challenging environment with high ownership
• Node.js basics deep understanding, anyone frontend technology(React/Vue/Angular)

and live coding challenge.

• Strong understanding of architecture and design principles
• Knowledge of at least one cloud provider
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Unit testing frameworks
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to come up with a solution for a given problem
• Ability to think out of the box
• Ability to work as part of a team

What does your day-to-day job look like?

• Participate in product/sprint planning meetings
• Lead technical solutions
• Estimate and provide a due date for the requirement
• Ensure zero bugs are identified during QA
• Attend stand-ups
• Provide ideas and fine-tune existing product
• Take bugs as pride and ensure it's fixed asap and never occur
• Analyze server logs and ensure servers is running with zero downtime
• Analyze how the customers is using the features you have developed
• Help your team to achieve goals
• Challenge yourself/your team for a better solution
• Monthly Demo your work/achievement to the entire team/company
• Work on personal project/open source
• Lastly Lot of coding, learning, and fun

P.S: In total there will be 2 or 3 technical rounds with a small assignment as part of the

interview, followed by the product manager and founders' round.
