We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who can lead projects, manage deployments, and bring expertise in server and database management.

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Engineer at Getraise Technologies, you will not only develop cutting-edge applications but also lead a team in creating and deploying high-performance websites and apps.

You'll manage both front-end and back-end development while ensuring smooth deployment, server management, and database optimization to deliver a seamless user experience.

Your role will involve collaboration across teams, making strategic decisions on architecture, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

- Build and optimize back-end services with Node.js, Python, Java, or other server-side technologies.

- Deploy applications and websites on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a strong focus on scalability and security.

- Oversee server setup, configuration, and management to ensure optimal performance.

- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to deliver complete solutions.

- Guide and mentor team members, providing technical leadership and ensuring code quality through code reviews.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployment health, and troubleshoot production issues.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of full stack development experience with a track record of successful application deployments.

- Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java).

- Proven experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with a sound understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in server management, deployment processes, and database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Prior experience leading and mentoring a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

- Strong understanding of version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and best practices in code quality and testing.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
