Position: HR Manager

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Industry - Testing Laboratory (NABL, BIS accredited Testing Laboratory )

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to bring in top-tier talent and seamlessly integrate them into the company.
• Training & Orientation: Design and implement comprehensive training and orientation programs to facilitate the professional development of our employees.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all Indian legal requirements concerning HR practices, including labour laws and regulations.
• Event Planning: Organize and oversee HR-related events, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Payroll & Attendance: Manage time payroll and attendance systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing
• Work Allocation & Delegation: Efficiently allocate workloads and delegate tasks, promoting a productive and collaborative workforce.
• Performance Review: Conduct performance reviews and develop strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of years of hands-on experience in the HR industry, with in-depth knowledge of Indian HR practices and legal requirements.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes specific to India.
• Legal Expertise: Strong familiarity with Indian labour laws and HR regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire HR teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HR software and tools, including payroll and attendance systems.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management or a related field.
