Job Description

Role: Azure Engineer
Exp: 5-8 Years
Loc: Hyderabad

Position Overview
The Azure Cloud Engineer will work closely with the project lead during US Pacific Time hours to coordinate security fixes and collaborate with stakeholders. This role requires advanced knowledge of Azure services, assisting in change control and downtime coordination. You will serve as a technical advisor to the project lead, helping to assess the impact of changes and providing guidance on implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate security fixes and Azure configurations.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the project lead, providing expertise on Azure services and change impact.
  • Translate technical requirements to the 2nd shift team and ensure proper handoff.
  • Assist in managing change control processes and downtime coordination with application owners.
  • Attend and support technical meetings, freeing up the project lead for other priorities.
  • Ensure successful implementation of security fixes and document progress.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure services, including networking, security, storage, and compute resources.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and provide solutions across different Azure services.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with change control and downtime management processes.
