Must be disciplined and organized
They should have a positive personality and be sympathetic to the patients and their care givers.
They should be able to deal with pressure and may have to work for long hours.
They must have knowledge of various procedures required to take care of the patient, related to surgeries, post surgery, general care etc
They need to check for all the thing required for the OPD before the consultation starts in the morning and make sure that they do the check list.
Consultation rooms Bed sheets and pillow covers needs to be changed when ever required
Maintain all the medical stock required for the centre and update the centre head about the stock requirements 10 days before the stock ends.
They may have to deal with patients having specific health conditions like diabetes, foot related problems etc.
They can specialize in a particular organ or body system like the orthopedic or others.
They have to maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
They must prepare patients for, and also assist them, during examinations and treatments
